Dear Friends,

THE SAD NEWS…

Family Fridays have been discontinued until further notice.

THE REASONS…

We were not able to source a large enough variety of food stalls and the number of visitors did not justify the effort and money that was being spent on marketing and hosting the events.  Stallholders were also not happy with the sales they were making.

THE FUTURE…

1.  The restaurant will be open every Saturday from 9am to 2pm serving our famous breakfasts and other light meals.  This may be extended to Sunday mornings in the near future, subject to demand.  We hope to make some of our farm produce available for sale on weekends, and to expand the nursery and the selection and buying experience a little more user friendly.

2.  Our speciality, High Tea Parties are also on Saturdays by booking only and subject to availability. Tea is served at 11am or 2pm.

3.  We will be hosting big events at least once every season when we will also invite stallholders to come and participate. The next event will be a mid-winter festival on 22 June 2011 and then there will also be a spring event early in September.

4.  We will launch our mountain bike trail in the next few weeks, this will be open on weekends and public holidays.

5.  We are in discussion with some interested parties who would like us to get involved in trail running.  We are quite sure that we would be able to host a trail running event at Rosemary Hill in the near future.

6. Please remember that you can always check our website to see future events for example the Royal Wedding High Tea on 29 April and Mother’s day High Tea on 8 May
